Dr. Seanna Brown
Dr. Seanna Brown Graduated from the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After practicing on her own, she joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in 2000.
She works primarily with large animals, but also works at the small animal clinic once a week. She especially enjoys working in the field of reproduction. Dr. Brown lives with her husband, five dogs, four horses,two birds, and beef cattle. You will frequently find her traveling with her "truck dogs" , Bittle and BB.
Dr. Marsha Rosanelli
Dr. Marsha Rosanelli Graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She began working for the Troy Veterinary Clinic after she graduated.
She works at the Small and Large animal clinics. Dr. Rosanelli, her husband, and two children Annie and Billy have two coonhound's named Copper and Ginger.
Dr. Kelly Hill
Dr. Kelly Hill started her veterinary career here at Troy Veterinary Clinic in October 2019. She earned her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts in 2019 and her B.S. in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015.
Dr. Hill enjoys working with both small and large animals with a strong interest in dairy cattle reproduction. She is an active member of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Hill enjoys hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, and traveling with her island dog, Nittany.
Dr. Meghan Skelly
Dr. Meghan Skelly graduated from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY with her BS in Animal Science in 2016 and her DVM in 2020. She started with Troy Veterinary Clinic in July 2020
She loves working in both the small and large animal clinics.
She also enjoys reading, kayaking, cooking and gardening, and spending time with her husband, 3 sons, and family.
Dr. Megan Sweppenheiser
Dr. Megan Sweppenheiser graduated from University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary medicine in Madison, WI in 2021. She received a B.S. in Animal Science with a minor in Equine Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 2017. She started with Troy Veterinary Clinic in June 2021.
Dr. Sweppe has a special interest in equine dentistry and is pursing certification from the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Glenns Ferry, ID. She also enjoys equine lameness, dairy cattle, and calf health.
In her free time, Dr. Sweppe enjoys hiking, hunting, and cheering for Penn State hockey and football. She lives with her mini Nittany lion, Gandalf, who may be deaf, but gets in the PSU spirit from games too.
Lisa is the Office Manager at the Small Animal Clinic. She joined the clinic in July 2008. Lisa has resided in Canton all her life. She has three children, three grandsons, two horses, one dog, two cats and 9 chickens. An avid horse lover, she enjoys trail riding, and anything to do with horses. Her other interests include gardening, cooking, hunting, fishing and family get together's.
Tina, a Licensed Veterinary Technician, joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic small animal in May of 1986. She is originally from Wyalusing.
Tina is married with two daughters, Sophia and Gabrielle. She also has three dogs (two ShihTzu's and a boxer) and two cats. Tina and her family enjoy picnics, camping and traveling.
Shauna is a Veterinary Assistant at the Small Animal Clinic. She joined Troy Veterinary Clinic in the fall of 2010. Shauna is actively involved with Rainbow Riders, Therapeutic riding for the handicapped. Shauna is married and has 2 daughters. She has two cats, Ellie and Emmitt. She enjoys being outside and also spending time with family and friends.
Tim joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in May 2013 assisting with accounts payable and payroll. He enjoys working three days a week since he is in a partial retirement situation. He and his lovely wife Pat have three children and five grandchildren. They also have two dogs, Quincy and Kiah. Tim enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
Marcia joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in Winter of 2011. Marcia works as a receptionist/assistant at our Large Animal Clinic. Marcia is married with a daughter named Sheridan. She has a dog named Buttons and Scarlet aka Irene, a cat named Puddin, five horses, a pony, and a Donkey. Marcia enjoys horseback riding, driving her draft horses, and spending time with her family and friends.
Michele joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in March of 2016. She works as a receptionist/vet assistant at our Small Animal Clinic. Michele has three sons, Leo, Wyatt, and Jaxson. She has 4 cats, Mela, Silva, Gin, and Kargo. Michele enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles play.
Noelle joined Troy Veterinary Clinic as a receptionist at the small animal clinic in June 2017. She is married to Jesse and has 2 daughters Holly and Hopie and a stepson Hunter. Noelle loves spending time with her family & friends, camping, having game nights, and making others laugh.
In March 2017, Stella joined our team here at Troy Veterinary Clinic as our full time groomer. Her love of animals gave her the passion to start grooming over 18 years ago. She came from Nancy's Animal House after the owners retired, closing the business.
Cassandra joined our team December 2018 as a receptionist. She was born and raised in Canton, PA. She is married to Brandon and has 2 kids Levi and Katy. Outside of work she loves spending time with her family and friends.
Maddie joined our team in August, 2019 as a Certified Veterinary Tech. She has been in the field since 2015 after graduating from Vet Tech Institute of Pittsburgh. When not at work she enjoys hiking with her 3 dogs Rocket, Duncan, Josie and her boyfriend Justin.
Ashley joined our team in January 2020 as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She attended Johnson College, where she graduated from in 2013. Her days at work overflow into her nights at home with her daughter, 6 cats, a few dogs, a horse, and a rabbit.
Meghan joined our team in October 2020 as a veterinary assistant. She grew up in Williamsport and moved to the Mansfield area in 2017. She graduated college with a bachelor's degree in animal science from Delaware Valley University. She enjoys life on the farm with her two dogs, three horses, 2 pigs and a flock of chickens. In her spare time you'll find her riding her four wheeler, hunting/fishing, horseback riding and square dancing.
