Dr. Dean Elliott
Dr. R. Dean Elliott B.S. in Animal Science from Ohio State University 1974. D.V.M. from Ohio State 1978 and joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in 1978.
He has a Dairy Production Medicine Certificate from Penn State University. He has a special interest in all things associated with dairy production. These include dairy cow and heifer nutrition, facility design and remodeling, transition cow problems, quality milk production, including milking systems, and dairy operation analysis and record evaluation.
Dr. Elliott has a life-long love of horses and enjoys trail riding Willie, his Quarter horse gelding. Dr. Elliott has been married to his wife Liz since 1975, has two grown daughters and two granddaughters. He lives on a small farm, has a flock of sheep, two horses, one dog, and barn cats. Liz and Dean are active members of the First Baptist Church of Troy.
Dr. Seanna Brown
Dr. Seanna Brown Graduated from the VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. After practicing on her own, she joined the Troy Veterinary Clinic in 2000.
She works primarily with large animals, but also works at the small animal clinic once a week. She especially enjoys working in the field of reproduction. Dr. Brown lives with her husband, five dogs, four horses,two birds, and beef cattle. You will frequently find her traveling with her "truck dogs" , Bittle and BB.
Dr. Marsha Rosanelli
Dr. Marsha Rosanelli Graduated from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She began working for the Troy Veterinary Clinic after she graduated.
She works at the Small and Large animal clinics. Dr. Rosanelli, her husband, and two children Annie and Billy have two coonhound's named Copper and Ginger.
Dr. Rachel Chase
Dr. Rachel Chase has her DVM from Ohio State University and a B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Maine. Originally from Maine, Dr. Chase moved to Troy in May of 2019 with her black lab Aravis and added an orange kitty named Shasta to her family. She enjoys hiking, reading, and is especially interest in small ruminant medicine though she works in both the small and large animal clinics.
Dr. Kelly Hill
Dr. Kelly Hill started her veterinary career here at Troy Veterinary Clinic in October 2019. She earned her DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts in 2019 and her B.S. in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University in 2015.
Dr. Hill enjoys working with both small and large animals with a strong interest in dairy cattle reproduction. She is an active member of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Hill enjoys hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, and traveling with her island dog, Nittany.
